After suffering from a long-standing painful condition, having tried various treatments and therapies with little success, my symptoms are literally gone after completing the Gut Directed Hypnotherapy program. Sarah Browne's personality has a bright warmth, and she is very understanding. I found her consistent and professional as a therapist, and easy to build trust with. There are relaxing follow-up recordings, and also some homework questions. I found answering these insightful, and highly recommend doing them as it was very effective in helping me understand my condition better, and also to have my answers built into the hypnosis sessions. The program is like a profound two-way conversation with your body.
